Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the Mahjong tiles must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your Mahjong tiles arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.

We will provide a free return for damaged or defective items and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
HOW TO RETURN
To initiate a return, please email us at thedirtymahj@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

Please securely package the Mahjong tiles to prevent any damage during return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to damage or defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned Mahjong tiles in their original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
